First of all. a very limited run of 20-25 shirts is a very expensive way to amortize the artwork and setup/printing costs on shirts. Artwork can run as much as $400 and up, and setup/printing can be another couple of hundred bucks. Add the cost of the shirts in there, and you're probably gonna spend a $800 - 1000 bucks pretty quickly.
So, most print shops will have comparable costs for shirts; you may find a cheaper deal, but you'll get what you pay for....

It may not be as costly as some may want you to think...this is the digital age my brother! A little CorelDRAW X3, some bitmap to vector applications, a splash of color merging and mode selection and....POOF
Where you at? Do you own the art work/logo for your business, or will you need it designed as well?
Wait a minute...dmac
You're not related to tmac are you?
