I signed on to this Public site after constant bashing of one of my drivers was taking place.
Up till Then I was quite and mostly checking this site for business reasons and a measure of things and how people were thinking about other tracks, operators, drivers, pay-outs, rules, promo's and the like. Up until then I watched and was content to continue to watch and read post for information we could use to make decisions in southern Oklahoma.
When the continued attacks on one of our teams went un- checked week after week I decided to sign on and post my opposition to such conduct, since no one else was saying or doing anything to stop it.
To which you promptly deleted one of the the entire threads and pronounced it handled. I objected; as you recall, because we as a race team had just started to respond to the attacks; like everyone else on here has done in numerous past topics. You chose not to delete it until the night I got on and started to respond with facts and substance, not NAME Calling and Accusatory rants on the border of libel and character assassination of a Great Driver and his team. It only got heated when those individuals; and you know who you are, were challenged by me and some team members. You did not go after them, you went after us!
These types of people (Again you know who you are) are quick to launch an attack on a driver and say what ever they want, completely un-checked by you David, but let anyone challenge them and they get upset and forget the driver and start bashing whom ever is challenging them. Boy to they get upset when their Mob-Mentality is not effective any more, they must run for help!! Guess who they run to?
We were cut off because (1) one poster asked you to snuff it out! I objected on the grounds it allowed the wild post to go un-challenged and as such left it up in the air as to the validity of the accusations publicly posted for week and weeks. Leaving us with no rebutal or ability to respond in kind.
My issue was then and is now, that the attacks on this man went unchecked week after week after week, and you ; David, as the site operator did not intervene and call for a more civil content.
Yet when myself and others chimed in and started to rebutt the ridiculous post and challenge the responses and allegations being made, you, David, called us the problem.
You publicly condoned these individuals actions by not toning down their attacks or issuing warnings, or telling them to Grow Up, or anything of the sort.
I post on race topics, I posted the "Black Ice" thread that ran up over 2150 hits in a few days. Most of the rebuts came from OKCFAN and others in his like mind set, and myself. I never attacked, but offered facts and substance...too which you, David, now claim were "Worthless Content". While on the other hand some other posters offered nothing but ranting attacks that made no sense and were always changing the subject. You did nothing to corral them, but now point the finger at me because I challenge there responses when I believed I had the better argument and would offer proof of it.
Now you see me as a problem, for no other cause than I challenge information being posted? You see that as wrong because I dont post enough about racing! But you allow your buddy to post Skate Boarder videos and Fantasy Football and god knows what other Non-Race topics!

You do as you wish David, its your Track, you make the rules, you can let you buddies through tech with illegal stuff all you want, but sooner or later the car count goes down and the fans base dwindles and then nothing!!
If you are indeed a journalist. then it is clear the line that can't be crossed in Freedom of Speech. Allow me to be perfectly clear about any driver or team of mine , now or in the future, for you to allow future libel, or defamation to go un-challenged on your Public Forum pertaining to any of these entities, whether you are aware of it or not, will be due cause for action in the form of a public rebuttal or if declined, a written request for a Public Correction of the the Facts and the cessation of further publication or broadcast of same over the Internet, ergo your Public Forum.
Congratulations you have succeeded in gaining my attention.

dirt fan mike is not in town til monday night. I will tell you casey was mike own private project. it turned into a test for him to use next year here in oklahoma and casey turned out to be very good and was watch in 2006 and mike went private to make championship run with casey this time and they worked to a 2008 champship for the entry class.this is my and our town track and we want to run some here in 2009 to be at home moer weeksend and to try moer local sponsor with the saveing we have. he is not real happy with stuff going on at tracks, we want to race hard but it is a hard to understand the angry people and no rules till you win and go to tech and the respect that is not here. this place is just weired sometimes and I do not mean that in a bad way. mike wanted me to write you back about car sponsors and cars are private because we are told to in sponsors contracts that it is not racing we can not use it for private reason to get them into things they do not want to be into.

Yes, OKCfan gets a little lost on some of his topics but he has posted more about racing in one day then you have since you have been a poster on here. That I don't mind. A person can speak their mind/opinion every now and then but not the total rambling about worthless crap such as you do.
And how I handle or have handled OKC fan is none of your business whatsoever. As I stated, I can handle him alot better cause he is a carbon copy of myself when I first wrote columns for Sprint Car News back in 1995. Doesn't make it right but I tend to give him some slack as he does bring up discussions about racing.
You however, no so much.

Actually I have been seeing you on other threads, and you have been doing very well and I hate to have to say it, but you sounded like a fan reporting on things in a objective manner. I even read a post where you seemed to attempt to defend some guys and tracks!
