First off I want to apologize for my actions Sat. night. I should have never of touched the 44 after the race.
I have been beat and banged on by him for sooo many weeks and lost my temper. There is is difference between rubbing and racing and beating and banging. I simply had enough and I am not going to take it anymore. That does not in any way excuse me shoving him into the in field however.
I do apologize for my temper, it will not happen again. The green light will be on!

First off, let me say you beat and bang just like you acuse others of doing. I dont know if you realize the responsibility you have as a woman driver. Wether you want to or not you represent all women in racing. your actions reflect on every other woman racer out there. If your fellow drivers don't respect you, well you know the old saying, one bad apple. And don't forget all the little girls who want to grow up and drive a race car just like you! I started racing in the 80's. Meeker was my home track. Leta Patterson was there befor me, so that made it easier for me. She was an excellant driver and very well respected by the guys. Because of the way she represented women drivers it made it alot easier at Meeker. But when I went to other tracks (won't mention names) where there weren't women drivers I was threatened told women didn't belong in racing, taken out and told not to come back or it would be worse next time ( I still went back). Don't get me wrong it was a minority. But it was different then and alot harder for women. Yes you have to be tough, you can't whine and cry every time you don,t like something (like the guys do, just kidding guys). You don't have to beat and bang on others to prove your tough and bad. I'm not saying I didn't get mad, but NEVER did I take it out on the track and risk injuring another driver or tearing up his equipment!!! If I had my fellow drivers respect, I had already won and so does every other woman driver out there. Remember, respect is hard earned out there, so show those before you that you deserve to be out there, and you respect what they accomplished and make it a little easier on those that whnt to follow in your foot steps. It,s not a popularity contest, it,s all about RESPECT!!! Just a little some thing to think about.
