I think you also have to ask how many of these tracks are gonna keep scheduling Hi Limit if their not putting any asses in the seats.

I think there is a reason that almost one eighth of the HL schedule was at Port Royal. You just can't trying to force sprint cars where the are no sprint car fans. 

I haven't seen a HL track contract, and neither have you, but I'd bet a fair amount of money that they're renting most if not all the mid-week tracks. 

And you're all aware of SLS Promtions, what they do for the WoO, how long they've doing it, and some years how big a chunk of the schedule that is?

Someone explain to me what you think they're harming.  They pay their bills.  They're not the NSL.  I've watched Wheatland the last two nights for free on my phone while I did other things. They're a win as far as I'm concerned. 

They had a better crowd last night and Saturday finales always get the best attendance.  Their racing is as good as anybody out there.  At this point I'm commenting on something I watched on television.  Reminds me of my wife and her friends who text and call each other while they watch their reality shows.  They argue about the characters and kind of reminds me of what a "night at the races" has become.  We gather to bitch about races and sanctions but that means we're watching so it's all good.

For what it's worth, the Allstars race last night looked to have a much bigger crowd than  High Limit did.

I have no idea why anyone would attend a sprint car race disguised as an empty seat. Or how so many folks would do it so well.i believe it was more than half empty!!!!!!

They must have some good concession stands at Lucas Oil Speedway.  On their Twitter page it shows the stands full shoulder to shoulder. When they show the lock-in cars for the feature doing hot laps, the stands are only half full.

Payout different? I just don't see the incentive for the 55 per say to follow the series if you don't crack the top 8 then?

Yeah, that's the whole poimt and I didn't state some of that clearly.  

If the 55 is not in the top eight this year, their path to a charter without buying one is tough.  I would bet there's a pretty good chance they don't run the series next year if not in the top eight this year. 

What I didn't state clearly:  The purse payout is the same for everyone.  The High Roller Club teams get point fund dispersments throughout the season. The typical model is for series to pay it all out at once at the end, typically during the banquet.  It's a cash flow thing why that's better.

They probably took that photo at one of their late model races.

So 8 High Rollers following the tour?  This can't be true.  The High Limit was going to deliver us from the evil monster that is the WoO and their absolutely terrible numbers over the past few seasons. The Outlaws only have 13 current full time Platinum drivers this season and they are clearly dying, so there's no way we end up with only 8 High Rollers.  I think your numbers are incorrect.  I've been lead to believe the HL would be bringing an entire A-main with them on the road as full time touring cars.   ???   

Aren't all of the "little guys" also reaping the massive benefits?   They have to be.  That was the entire point of slaying the dragon.

Great crowd last night big rebound from Thursday.

I don't think anyone with a solid grip on reality ever thought that HL was going to slay the evil monster that is the WoO(or that that was their intent).

It's odd that I can't identify one single person in this picture wearing a racing t-shirt.

?  1/2 of the sprint car world has been thinking this for the past 3 years.  

Give crdit where credit is due- the H-L race last night from Kokomo looks like it had a packed crowd.

Kokomo rocks - wished I lived closer.  The fans there are passionate about hard, close racing no matter the division or sanction.
