And thats 100% wrong other than where his seat sits in the cockpit. Theres not a darn thing different with the running parts.

actually you are not correct.
the pedal locations and floor pan have been raised and the way the tubing in the cockpit has been placed to accomodate ricos size do not allow a normal sized person to fit in the car. you can't just take out his seat and put another one in.
it is not the running parts that make the car different, it is the cockpit design and the placement of the tubing such as the seat brackets and the "A" frame. you would have to cut the cockpit up and move the tubes in order to accomodate a larger person to actually race the car.

And everyone out there has their seat in the car designed for them only and only someone simular size and weight would even fit. Some have their seats raised or lowered. There is a certain possition in the cockpit that the driver is designed to sit. The days of Sheldon Kinser going out with his head sticking four inches above the cage are over.
I know theres some differences but gas, brake, motor, tires etc isn't any of them.

it isn't just the seat. it is the way the cockpit is built. and yes the brake and gas are in a different location. the master cylender is also relocated to keep the same leverage when the brake is moved. also thye floor has been raised. tires and motor don't have anything to do with driver accessibility.
the car is built to fit rico. in order to fit someone else in the car you would have to cut and relocate the cockpit tubing. it is not just a matter of removing a seat and putting in another. if that were the case they might have gotten someone else to run the car. the "A" frame and butt bar have been moved to fit rico. those things are not just something you cut out of the car and alter for a one off situation.

Doug Wolfgang interview from years ago, where he states that numerous years he would decide where to race from week to week depending on what race paid the most to WIN, he said he didnt care what second or third paid, or even what a race paid to start, because his mindset was to win races, he states he was never one to say, "my goal is to finish top five or whatever" he says his goal was "to WIN races!!!"
