Gotta agree with Speedbump-weather hurt them a lot. Are they back to 2000 crowd levels? No. Probably will never get back to that again unless it turns out Dale Sr. faked his death and he shows back up at the track. That being said, the crowds are definitely improving for them and I think Nascar is back at a level where it will at the very least sustain itself again and slowly grow.

The state of Delaware announced this morning that no charges will be filed in regards to the alleged incident.
Now what? Does NAScAR and Chevy apologize? Does Kurt get the #41 ride back once he completes whatever "rehab" that Brian France thinks he needs? How does Patricia Driscoll's camp spin this? Do you think she is satisfied with the amount of damage she has already done to Kurt or do you think she will go further with her revenge for getting dumped?

NASCAR cleared Busch and he is racing this Sunday. Glad that she couldn't pull off her acting job.
