Kevin Gobrecht....Jeff Shepards first stint in the zemco car was identical with the #1..
|
Kasey Kahne never won a race in the Zemco car. Kahne's only Williams Grove win was in his family owned 23K car at the season opener in 2000.

From the pole on a no passing track, wasn't it?
How is The Jet doing? Few drivers ever gave a better Victory Lane interview, he had more talent than most people give him credit for too. My favorite Maryland Posse of all-time, lol.....

I could be wrong, but I think he has been helping out Adam Lawrence who runs a shoe-string budget at Lincoln when he can.

Ok My Bad...I know he drove the Zemco car one year at an early show, thought he won in it.

First off the car looks great... I can't remember a bad looking Zemco #1. I am not a Lasoski fan, however you have to respect what he has accomplished during his career.
2001 WoO Champion
2006 NST Champion
4 time Knoxville Nationals Winner
88 Career WoO A Main Wins
36 Career All Star A Main Wins
Regarding the other drivers that ran the #1 last year, if your comparing resumes it's not even close. Just be thankful the Zemco team still fields a great car.

not to mention 98 Knoxville wins.. thats no slouch
More weight, more regulation, more similarity in the
cars.... that will ensure plenty of thrills for years
to come. Only the most average talent behind the
wheel will be needed with such awesome equipment on
the track!

Laposki and McPosse are just the latest in a long line of Outlaws to defect. One day soon Kinser may even call the Keystone State home.
They don't even know how to spell sprint car
much less chromoly...http://www.ycmco.com
