The fans are being thought about with the High Limit series.   Who  do you think is going to pay for these new higher purses. Higher ticket prices,  I bet all pit passes will be higher now. And eventually Flo's price will go up.  Flo has money built up for a war chest for now but someone has to put that money back.

There will be mid week races next year just like 2023.  Kyle has to have his personal weekly races so he can play.

Does anyone besides me have a problem with the owners of the series racing in that same series? Just think what will be being said this time next year if Brad Sweet wins the series title.

All the officials from the lowest person to the tech has their checked signed by Brad or Kyle.  Those workers feed, cloth, shelter their families from the money High Limit pays them.  So which official is going to risk that and call Brad or Kyke for a jump with 5 laps to go on a feature.  Who do other races teams protest to when again the official is an employee of a competitor.

This.

This whole thing is simply about the rich getting richer.  All Kyle, Brad, and Flo did was screw sprint car racing as a whole.  The All Stars were vital to Ohio's sprint car landscape.  Providing local teams a chance to run against good teams, that are not WoO level, and get a decent payday.  They keep saying this is for the betterment of the sport, which is crap.  It's betterment only to the very high level teams.

Now Brad and Kyle leased the Ohio speedweek to the fast series.  They must really be in this for themselves. I'm saying this tongue and cheek.

And they have been bringing new information out a little at a time.  Let's wait to judge until we see the whole picture.  But that is what most people do....jump to conclusions without knowing all the facts yet.

You guys are putting the horse way out in front of the horse.

Did you complain when Stewart raced with the All Stars.

Oops I meant cart in front of the horse.  But again that is the American way.

Do you think with Kendra Jacobs and Mike Hess involved that they would want to hurt this type of racing?  NO!

FloRacing is priced right. DirtVision is overpriced in my opinion. Nothing has changed as Flo had the High Limit and All-Stars on their streaming service. DirtVision had WoO.

Hopefully the schedules for all their events will make travel easier for the teams and less expensive. Making it easier and less costly should help the car count and quality of cars hopefully.

The High Limit races are a seperate points fund and prize package.

I'd like to see Sweet racing all the events. He is not a field filler. I wish Larson would race more Sprint Car events but the prize money, silly NASCRAP championship points system and sponsors are the issues no doubt. Having Sprint Car races near NASCRAP events might allow more NASCRAP Drivers to run a Sprint Car Friday or Saturday night race.

Hopefully FloRacing steps up the cameras and replays options for all the events. Sprint Car racing looks like a small part of Flo's total events they do.

This was addressed in the FAQ's link.   The All-Star name is going to be retired.

That sucks. I don't understand why HL needed to get their grubby hands on the all-stars. If you look at the HL series, it started out great with high car counts and plenty of fan interest but both waned drastically as the season went on. Now they are basically ending a popular series that's been around for 40+ years. I just don't get it. Should have kept the series' separate.

Yes, over 50 cars at Lernerville with a packed house.  That was the second to the last race of the year.

The last race of the year had 33 cars.  I think they averaged high 30's or low 40's in car count average.  Every stand I saw was packed to almost overflowing on flo.,.I was live at Lernerville and Will go back if they run there again.

I agree eliminating the All Stars name from the sport doesn't sit well with me at all. They were the triple A series to the Woo now they split the full time traveling teams, none of the regional team that supported the All Stars are gonna tow out to the west coast. Splitting the teams is diluting the product for the FANS of the sport. No organization has done more for the sport than the Woo but here we go again with another group that thinks they can do it better

Maybe the Attica Fremont Championship Series can rebrand as the Fremont Attica All Star Tour (FAAST).  Would that work around Copyrights?

That's because sprint car racing is a small part. They don't give one shit about the health of the sport or the future of the sport or the grassroots teams and fans that are and always have been the backbone of the sport. They care about how the sport benefits them. They see money to be made and they're here for it. If things ever get rough in the sport, don't expect them to step up. They'll walk away in a heartbeat because they've got so many other irons in the fire that sprint car racing isn't worth them ever bending over backwards so to speak. As long as there's easy money and promoters who are naive enough to give them their product for pennies on the dollar, they'll be here. But if this deal were to fail or if they don't get everything they want out of it, they'll bail on the sport and think nothing of it.

Gonna be a real bummer when the only two to run the entire series will be Sweet and Rico and they take home all the point money...

Im with fiXXXer though and have stated it before, High Linit has not been afraid to absolutely charge at the front gate. I believe we as fans will be financing this new money pit playground for the sprint car elite. If it's bad enough I'll stay home. Hope I'm wrong.

Whats crazy is I have posed the question on here before about which is preferred as a fan: 5-8 high dollar races with total big names vs 20-30 + regular weekly type or lower quality series shows. Most pick would rather go to 5-8 shows. Just not my style. Knoxville weekly and local 360 sprint invaders at my local po dunk track shows often out perform WoO shows regularly (in my mind). You just have to take the time to get to know some different names and appreciate the good races. Way more relatable people than most on the national tours.

I live in central Pa and I prefer a regular show over a sanctioned show for one if you don't support the regular shows it might all go away and I'd rather spend less money and have just as good of a time. I don't need to see a "National Star" win from the front row.

Not much less anymore most regular shows are in the 20 dollar range.  Big shows are normally 10 to 15 more and we'll worth it. Not me regular shows have only a few drivers that can win and you normally  have to  sit through multiple support classes.....I am there for one division sprintcars.

When the big shows are around you have a lot more drivers capable of winning!   I don't care who wins as long as it is a good race.  Bring on the Outlaws and High Limit  and you will see more and better drivers.

HL is going to schedule the majority of there shows in pa, ohio, indiana and west coast. For the fans I say they need to get 10 followers on there tour. KL filled the seats at most shows but you need a supporting cast to go along with him.

The 50 grand show at Lernerville was 45 admission.  That isn't to bad considering a normal show now cost 20 or so to get in the gate. Don't know what the 20 grand shows were priced at.

This doesn't sound too good....

From TJ Slideways:

• It appears communication from the High Limit Series on some fronts needs to be improved drastically. Leading into the press conference I talked to two promoters with prominent All Star shows that had not received a single phone call from the High Limit Series during or after their acquisition of the All Stars.

Early indications are neither of these tracks appear to be in the High Limit’s plans for 2024. It was my lead in question in the press conference, which Sweet responded to with a surprised reaction.

“As far as promoters reaching out or talking. I feel like we’ve talked to, you know, hundreds of promoters. If they’re not reaching out to us, you know, we may be under the impression that they don’t want to race. But we feel like we’ve talked to, you know, seems like every track, you know, it just about the whole United States.”

Literally as Brad was saying this during the press conference, I was receiving a text from one of the promoters I inquired about confirming that nobody else on his staff received a call from the High Limit Series.

This coming from a facility that had hosted multiple All Star Shows on traditional dates for a couple of decades even caught me off guard. On top of that the FAST Series, who has been contacted to take over Ohio Sprint Speedweek, had not reached out to this same promoter to discuss that series taking over the event.

Wow, Flo is the devil personified to you isn't it? Why do you hate them so bad?

I understand not liking something - as I said before, I don't like the Outlaws, DV, or Johnny Gibson, but damn. What exactly are you basing all of your accusations above on?

"They don't give one shit about the health of the sport or the grassroots teams and fans that are and always have been the backbone of the sport" - and Dirtvision does? How? By charging double what Flo does? Giving us "thrilling" tracks like Sharon and the Grove? Creating a rival non-wing sprint and midget series against USAC, which by the way folded for the sprints after one year and is on life support for the midgets which struglle to darw even 20 cars? They created a successful mid-week late model series called "DV Night in America"....oh wait that was Flo trying to grow dirt racing.

Sit back and take a deep breath my friend (and others here). It will all be OK. You haven't lost your beloved Outlaws or DV, Ohio Sprintweek will continue, and the sun will come up tomorrow. The worst that's happened to you Outlaw homers is that you've lost a few teams like Sweet. You still have Gravel, Macedo, probably Shark racing. So your pool of guys that could win on any given night now drops from maybe 5 down to 4.

From what I see and read there are plenty of fans who are excited about HL. The support will be there in the stands. Don't watch or attend if this aggrevates you and others so badly. It will all be OK.
