I think if he's a card carrying member of the WoO, they can't keep him from running.
However, I remember Greg Wooley hitting an Official at the Knoxville Nationals one year and he was given a 1 year suspension and couldn't race any WoO races at Knoxville the following season either.

WOO will back the track. That is the only way you can keep some sanity to the sport.

That's where Chuck messed up by reading the badlands facebook page the biggest defenders/supporters of badlands were Mcarls crew and sponsors now that McCarl has been penalized there goes the support.

maybe, depends on what the wording of their contract says. Since the WRG runs their own events (with the support of the track sanctioning the race), they fall under WoO rules (who may or may not recognize certain track rules - track could have a tire rule that the WoO ignores for instance. They could choose to ignore the suspension if they want.
Personally, I don't think the WoO cares about sanity in the sport, they are concerned about their business, not someone else's.

As a business and property owner, Chuck Brennan can refuse to let anyone on his property for any period of time he would like. The WoO has no control over this.

i shoulod be kicked out for life with the things i have said, but hell the pawn shop called me to give me 4 free tickets a month or so ago, never went stayed home and rented knowxville. drank beer had four from my case that cost 18.99 i was money ahead

I forgot, i called them back saturday afternoon and got them for my son and him and 3 of his freinds went, they said they would not go back to expensive even with free tickets.

Just saw TMac will be on WInged Nation TODAY. Most likely to promote the FRC, but wondeirng if they even dip into this discussion as well...maybe even just one question...probably not.

Well if evreryone has the mccarls email address why don't someone get in contact and ask them? That will prevent gossip and you'll have the answer from the person involved. You can hide behind an email address too you know.
