What was the color of the oriniganl Hop n Sack cars? It wasn't a black car was it? Or is this just a retro sponsor and not a retro paint scheme?

The Swindell car is kind of a hybrid as I noted in my post - it's the Titan Racing USA scheme that Daryn ran after the Hop N' Sack cars. The Hop N' Sack cars featured a mainly blue scheme with some red/silver highlights. I believe one year at the Nationals (either 2003 or 2004?) they ran an invert scheme that was primarly silver - gorgeous car.

It's not a hybrid at all, it's a direct re-creation of Daryn's '08 car I believe.
Also, the Droud car is a tribute to the Trostle Vise-Grip car. A weekly Pro Series driver Brandon Worthington runs this same tribute scheme

Thanks for the info mudscraper. Didn't recall that Hop N' Sack was on the Titan USA car, good catch.
Some more still to add - Roth 83, Goodno 21x, etc., but after tonight I'm quite spent. Will try to come back tomorrow. What a crazy night tonight. Also some other schemes that are special but not in the throwback competition.
Sprint cars are awesome, and the Nationals are just amazing. Love everything about this week and this one has had it all so far. Here's cheering to great and safe racing the next two nights!

I'm a little biased but Dennis Roth's 83 with the "Beef Packers" paint scheme that The Dude won the 1998 Nationals in is a NICE looking car.
IMO, its definitely one of the top paint scheme's at this years Nationals.
