"whoever he is"?????! Lance Dewease, Hall of Famer... pay attention

"putting him so high on the pedastal that he cannot fail...you are to blame for that."....you think that clowns like us typing on HH actually affect the race? Wow, I guess i'll have to yell at TV harder tonite when Sixers play the hated Celtics. Maybe I can get some rebounds & score some points!

Amazing insults being flung around... fuhgettabout Posse vs. Outlaws, now its "Cockbags vs. Jock sniffers" wink

the point was who cares who he is, pay attention, let him fail...not about typing, about attitude...dat all, ovah and out

I guess my issue is with  the phrase "let him fail"...as if what we say here has any influence on how well drivers do

But we're quibbling now.....

You can get on kreitz's Facebook or twitter and find out what happened Friday night.  Then look at lap times on race monitor for last night.  With a little intelligence you can see he would have been right there for the win with a little luck earlier in the event.  To think they couldn't have won just because they didn't is just dumb.  Lance has won in many different states. Now with Donny and Davey in his pit he is capable of winning anywhere  they unload.  But think what you want and just be wrong.

The only logical post in here. The rest of you guys are fucking nuts.

Listen cockbag... you are the same WoO chest thumper that’s been terrorizing the DirtVision message board from your parents basement for years.  You probably have never had your hands on a sprint car other than creaming your drawers at a local mall show.   They had a bad weekend, shit happens. Had Lance not had to come from deep every time he hit the track he would have made some noise in the A had he qualified.  I think that showed in the non qualifiers race.  Your poster boy Slammy that you jerk off to didnt even push out for that race and went home.  Do everyone a favor and delete your account and STFU.

Come from deep? Stahhhp

Not sure who, if anybody came up with the tag "Dream Team" for the 69k with Dewease behind the wheel, but that tag is a far stretch, for sure. Good team? Of course. But to travel and win, and there were quite a few that thought they would go to Mansfield and win, it takes a very special team. A team that has proven itself capable of travelling and winning. Davey Brown Sr gives that team the element that warrants a special recognition. But even he can't create the edge it takes to win on the road by himself. There were some that thought the 69k team would travel to Mansfield and win and that's okay. The real favorite going in really was Tim Shaffer. Behind Shaffer there were a gaggle of young guns just chomping at the bit to grab that $100,000. There are some very good young drivers out there, that aren't on the WoO tour!

+1.  I agree with you Blazer.

Not sure what in the hell you will you ever do when the "Dream Team" hangs it up, as virtually every single one of your worthless diatribes revolves around them in some way, shape, or form. You talk about them so much that it makes one wonder if you are secretly a closet Dream Team fan? Do you secretly dress in a 69k t-shirt when no one else is at home and strut around in front of the mirror turning yourself on?

For God's sake, the whole fucking world knows by now and it is duly noted that you have a butthurt for Lance, Don, and team for whatever reason!

I sir have nothing against Donnie or Mr. Brown.  Always enjoyed watching Kreitz.  My issue is solely the one behind the wheel.  And I have had that for 30+ years.

Please elaborate your issue with Lance Dewease.  Can't wait to hear this.

I too, would love to hear this.  Someone has had a problem with Lance for 30+ years, yet he's one of the most respected and looked up to drivers in the pit area.  Let's also remind you PA Posse faithful that Lance has chosen to stick around PA during his career instead of leaving for an Outlaw ride or the tour.  He did leave one year in the 30C to run the AllStar Circuit of Champions and I believe he finished 2nd in the points that year, but that's beyond the point.  (That's for those who think he can't go and win at other tracks outside of PA).

I'd be willing to bet you're one of the keyboard racers who boos drivers when they win and cheers when they wreck.. but you'll also be cheering for the 69K and the driver you've had an issue with for 30+ years when/if he beats the Outlaws.

Oh and although I'm a Lance fan and have a bit of a bias, I think it'd be hard to hate or have an issue with a driver who never fails to thank the fans for coming out and makes it a priority to include them, in his victory lane speech.

Blazer, you sound so jealous. They didn't choose to be called Dream Team, so how exactly does the nick name effect you? Or are u mad your favorite team isn't called the dream team? So silly and petty. Maybe you can email Lance and ask him to tell the fans to stop using "dream" and use "good" when referring to his team, in his next victory lane speech.

Original poster, winged speed, you need a new hobby. Hating a race car driver for 30 years and pouncing on every opportunity to berate them just makes you look like a huge loser. I can not wait to hear why you hate him, but I have a feeling you won't tell us because unless he attacked and hurt one of your family members physically, you are gonna sound like an even bigger loser when you tell us he wrecked your fav driver 30 years ago and u still haven't gotten over it. Please tell us.

If they would have won in Manfield you all would be saying they were lucky or some other BS.  I don't even like this team or root for them, but I can understand the dream team name. As another poster elluded to, that name was given to the team the first year they got together. They only raced at the bigger shows, and won almost every single one. Donnie and Lance had not been setting the world on fire the previous year in separate cars. They joined forces and seemed unbeatable, hence the "Dream Team" hope that helps you haters sleep tonight, they do not consider themselves a dream team, just a team of older guys doing the best they can. If you are lucky enough to meet them or be in the pits near them you will find some of the nicest most friendly and humble guys in the pits anywhere. Or you can be a bunch of jealous haters and put them down anytime they don't win or have a bad night. Have fun at the races kiddies.

This is all great, funny, shit!!!!!

Just imagine if the WoO drivers had been to Mansfield.  I don't think any Posse fans would have even logged onto Hoseheads for the next month!   Their top finisher would have been 10th - 12th.

It is really tough for Posse fans to accept defeat from the Outlaws when it happens in their territory.  It is really tough for Posse fans to accept defeat anywhere when no Outlaw drivers are present.  Just a lot of back pedaling.  You think they can compete in August in Knoxville?  Just be happy you get to watch an incredible bunch of local 410 racing in the hottest hotbed in America.  Stop comparing them to the top teams in the country.

This has all been entertaining.

So how do Knoxville regulars do vs. Outlaws at their home track? They win OCCASIONALLY

Posse holds their own vs WoO....

It's not about Lance......it's about the lame brain fans (a minority) that think because he rules at home that he would rule anywhere. Maybe you fit into the Dreamer category. Lance is very much real in where he fits in the world of sprint car racing. He's sure not the braggart some of his fans are, so maybe it's you that needs to coach him on his victory interviews.  Jealous??? Not a damn bit. Dream Teams only happen once in a great while, but of course you wouldn't understand that. I have not once bashed Lance Dewease's achievements in a sprint car. I'm well aware of his accomplishents. He is interesting to listen to, and has a lot of knowledge about what has taken place during his entire career and before. Have you watched and listened to his interviews/discussions on video from the EMMR?  Some damn good stuff. Maybe you should take a listen.

Explain held their own.  Steve Kinser has 39 wins at the Grove as a part timer, which I think is 10th most wins there overall. I wouldn't be surprised if Kinser lost more races at the Grove to other WoO drivers than he did POSSE drivers during his career.

Absolutely no argument from me on anything you said.  But, home track(s) is the key phrase.  Take either group out of their element, put them up against tougher competition, and they sometimes disappear from the top-5.

No disputing this.  It appears some were shocked at the Mansfield results.  I was not.  It also would'nt have shocked me if the "dream team" (or any other Posse powerhouse) had challenged for the win or even won.  They are good.  But this idea that the most elite spint car teams in the land reside in Posseland is just silly.  Lots of really, really good teams capable of winning anywhere, anytime.

Bring Shafer to the Grove and Port Royal all season.  69 beats him almost every time.  Put Shafer and the 69 on the Outlaw circuit and I'd be willing to put money on Shafer winning that battle.

Everybody is a big underdog to Schatz at Knoxville but I still think Lance would have a chance. He has experience at Knoxville, likes Knoxville, and has run well there more often than not. It would all depend on how well he does on that all important first night. Put it in the show and anything can happen. LD always shines in longer events so 50 laps would be right up his alley, especially if it slicks off. We'll probably never know but I'd love to see them give it a shot. I'm proud of them going out to Mansfield and at least winning something on Saturday night.

Its too late & I'm too tired now, but when i get a chance I'll look at results from the past few years....

or you could look it up if you really think you can prove me wrong...

What i posted  was based on a fairly quick scan of results
