Mark Keegan won championships at Fremont and Attica 6 times.
89,90,92,93,94,97
He also won the championships at Attica and KC in 99. Very underrated driver.

I think Fran Bruns won championships at Husets Rock rapids and Madison in the same year. Possibly more then once? That dude used to be a animal on the track!!!
