Thank you Jeremy, you have a bright future ahead.

Matt, the answer to your question is yes, on most of your questions--

Yes I do have one of those 741hp "Trash Cans" as you call it, and every bit as much $$ in it as your beloved 360 sprint, and have a 40% winning percentage in those dumpster races.

Used to crew and sponsor a Bandit 360 car with 11 wins and a couple of track records, and a rookie of the year.

Used to think just like you do Matt, but now we elect to move to a division where it ultimately costs less to run, and run up front consistently as we are all getting older now.

Racing is just racing, some faster, some slower, and It doesn't always mean that one driver or crew has more or less talent than the others.

We all came from stock cars then up to sprints, and most everything in between, now back to stock cars, and you know what they're all a blast.

Never under estimate your opponent, no matter what he drives.

I still watch sprint cars every chance I get.

I think Bakersfield got some new clay this year, and if so, it usually takes quite a few races to get them worked in.

The Schweitzer's have been in the dirt business a long time, they know what they're doing.

Tracks catch a bad night every now and then, all of them.

I would say that an unseasonably warm and windy week prior to the race added some challenge to track prep, but every car had to work with it.

Those trash cans bring some tracks back later in the night, SMS is one example

i do appologize for my comments they were rude and uncalled for as for bako last yar wen we ran there the track was a dusty tire burner also since you have crewed on sprint cars like i said in my last post you know that wen they crash its not a cheap fix not saying that stock cars are not expinsive but you have to admit it takes alot less too f up a sprinter and more money to fix at times lol i hope you accept my appology and maybe bako will be better in the future

Notice Mr. Pombo has not complained about the racetrack! He figured it out, made it work and drove it well enough to win.

I will never understand a driver complaining about the racetrack as EVERYONE had to race on the same track and someone will make the right adjustments to his or her car and driving style to win.

Same as the VRA tire, The people who complain about it the most are the guys running around the back. the guy that won had the same tire, on the same track, he just did a better job with his set up, adjustments and driving.

Remeber guys,, this is dirt racing sometimes there will be holes, sometimes a BIG cusion, sometimes dry slick. Ever changing conditions is what makes our sport so exciteing.

Just my Opinion

Did you show them your USAC card. You be paying member pricing at the tracks. If this is not the case, please find Doug Lockwood and he will take care of it.

Race 1. WOO show no discount you had no control. Race 2 hanford $30 for everybody no further discount they said. Race 3 bako $35 for everybody no further discount. These prices have been fair but I expected to recoup the cost of the license by saving at he pit gate. Not really that big of a deal but I could have spent the $150 on tires. Chris I sure respect all the hard work you have done on this series and think it"s gonna be great. I would suggest more than one person at an event to represent USAC. Overall you guys are doing a good job and keep doing it!

I really hope Chris works this out but we were charged $6 .00 per gallon for methanol! And I have not yet received a discount at any pitgate for $150 spent on a USAC license.

You only paid $35 at kings if you went. And you will only pay 35 at Tulare this weekend.

and $35 at Bakersfield is the discounted price. Also membership price at Santa Maria is $35.

Dont forget, you also get $100,000 in insurance to help cover you at a racetrack. Hell I own the place and bought a USAC crew membership
