First of all last year when elliot (Johnies car) raced at Enid last year somebody else did the teching and his car was tech as hard or harder than everybody elses. I was in the barn pretty much all the times thier car was teched and and finished second to elliot so I was watching to see what the numbers where on everything and they didn't get any breaks. Second of all johnies car last weekend broke the distributor with about two to go, and the motor he had in it was one that he put together at his house because he blew up the week before. He didn't now the limiteds where going to the barn, and he was not avoiding the barn just had a motor problem.

Everybody is just wasting their breath, every time the word "Enid" is put on forum post the same stuff is always said. Apparently Lonnie and James arnt getting the clue. Nothing you say or do is gonna change anything. People have givin them great ideas on how to help bring the track back and here it is 4 months into the race season and nothing has changed. You all might as well give up. They apparently dont care what happens to their race track.

Didn,t start this post to bash Enid . Was in Caney, Ks Sat nite. I Just wanted to know the results. Hey 85 car was looking real good, working your way towards the front.

Enid isnt going away, but it cant stay the way things are now! IMHO the points season needs to be over by July {they use to split their season up anyway didt they?}. Then special show for an individual class or 2 about 3 times a month. Fans are losing intrest as well as State Drivers. Special shows can improve racin in Enid but weekly shows adds little to be exciting There needs to be some one disassociated with Enid to be the tech person so no favortism can be seen. and Covell and Longpine needs to spend some time on Promotions. This may not be the solution by it's just a thought

Jonnie broke a rotor sat night when he was running second. Do u really think the points leader would wanna pull into the pits when he was running second place? Get real! Jonnie was prob helping them because the only people working at the track this year are volunteers. Would you want a volunteer puffing your racecar if you won the feature or a guy that was trained to use it. I love how people get on here and talk shit about things they know nothing about and dont have the balls to put your name. If you ask travis johnson if he wanted Jonnie to puff his car or ricky austin i bet he would say jonnie because jonny has used it plenty of times.

I look at the results and you get the mod count up and its a fair count. My point is the days of B features in every class are gone, the average track will be really good to have 20 in each class.

I race Ada alot, about 5 years ago the track was getting 35 cars in the pits... The track made it threw the hard time, and now has a strong count.

Dont know what a guy could do to up the counts, thats the golden question, but I am thinking 25 for pitpass and a nice pay down good money to start feature helps. I never look at what it pays to win, i look at start pay, its alot easer to come back week after week when you get lets say 75 to start in mod than it is to get 30??

At Ada George always treated me good. Last year I got collected with a lap car while getting 2 to go in the lead George came to my pit thanked me for showing up,thanked me for taking the whole getting a win taken away with a smile and gave me a free pitpass for next week. Brill at BMS went above what he had to do when we ran there early in year and got rained out. Those two tracks I will gladly give my money too.. I think a few things like that at Enid and the count would start to come back up pretty quick.

I couldnt agree with you more.... the track will have to take a step back and give a little bit back to the drivers/owners if they want to rebound from this. It takes fans and racers to make a track work and without one you dont have the other. Get the racers there, they will bring in more fans, which means more money for the promoter. I hope Enid gets it worked out and comes back to what it was just a couple of years ago!!!
