I live in a house divided. The traditional family Thanksgiving Dinner always consist of about half Orange, and half Crimson and Cream. My own son who attends OSU is an avid OU fan. (good boy)

So all I can say is:

BOOMER !!!!!

I am not going to get into a pissing match about this game b/c I think it is going to be a good game. It will be slug fest. OSU has a far better run game than Tech and OSU's QB is alot more moblie than Tech's. This game will come down to the trenches and how it is played there. By the way OU is only favored by 7.

Here are a few stats from a fellow poke fan for you to chew on.

This will be their highest-ranked true road opponent since the 2001 Nebraska game. They are only 4-3 on the road against ranked teams since the 2000 NC season, and 0-2 against top 20 teams.

2008 - OSU (#11)
2007 - none
2006 - Oregon (#18, loss), Missouri (#23, win), Texas A&M (#21, win)
2005 - Texas Tech (#21, loss)
2004 - OSU (#21, win), Texas A&M (#22, win)
2003 - none
2002 - none
2001 - Nebraska (#3, loss)
2000 - Kansas State (#3, win), Texas A&M (#24, win)

Avg score in STILLWATER under Stoops: OU 26, OSU 25
Avg score in NORMAN under Stoops: OU 40, OSU 14

Swell. Nice stats. Good thing they don't play on paper. Score could be close if they did. Nah, but really, we'll see how things shake out when they hit the field. I was listening to Gundy last night on the radio. He's pretty concerned about how they're gonna try to stop OU's offense. You can hear it in his voice to. That confidence isn't there when talking about it. Although he said the style of offense is similar to the one they run. So.... On the other hand, he thinks they'll have some degree of success moving the ball on the OU defense. Should be fun to watch.

The Oregon game...it seems to me like that that isn't a good basis. Remember the onside kick that wasn't recovered by Oregon yet given to them? What about the Tech game where the player clearly didn't cross the goal line (on 4th down I believe) yet they were given the score? Because that would make them (what they should be) 6-1 and 1-1 with a loss to #3 Nebraska at Lincoln vs. top 25 and top 20 teams on the road respectively. Doesn't look too bad now does it?

Hey man, that pic looks like Tulsa Speedway. Is it?

I'm takin the Sooners also in this one. I believe they are finally playing to potential. Really, nobody has stopped them all season on offense. Texas being the only exception and they still scored 35 on them. Gotta give the special teams players koodos on they're play saturday night to. I gotta think the intensity to do well to be able to move on to the big 12 champ game is gonna be high. OU 45 OSU 20

yeah its Tulsa in 07.....a friend of mine , his wife, and daughter took several pictures. it is worse now. nature is reclaiming it.

Yeah, that sucks. My favorite place to be on saturday nights in the 80's and 90's. Too bad some rich SOB won't bring it back to life. Man, what a track. Even the bad nights are a good memory.

It would be nice to see how the osu fans fell if it happened to them. But OU dont have to do that because they have a sell out croud every home game no matter who they play. That says ALOT about there following, BOOMER SOONERS!!!!!!!!!! Does osu really think keeping the OU FANS out is going to help them win?
