also - pt. totals were adjusted from last week. about 5 of us lost a point and a few gained a point. this was because reeds dq made hicks 9th and anderson, s. smith, and oliva were 11,13,14 - i had them all 1 pos. lower.
this was expected and anticipated by myself and the NEW assistant commissioner - Wescoe. my ol man roundy rounders was supposed to hold that title but he has the short term memory of a - well lets just say it aint good. so i fired his ass and hired wes. he does not come cheap. i have to pay him exactly what I make as commissioner..................lol. I think he does want a signing bonus too. a chili dog or some popcorn or something. we are still working out the details of the contract though.
sorry for these meaningless updates of 1 pt. here or there. they really aint that meaningless as things are kind of close here and there. and in the effort of keeping things accurate - I'll sacrifice a bit of my fantasy reputation for accuracy in the effort of fairness and league accuracy.

Cushion Pushers - Week 17
Supers - Peters, Gastineau
Champs - Owens, Clevenger
Pros - S Smith, J Hicks
Factory - Justin, Larry
Demo Derby - the green John Deere car
Good luck, Slider! No slide jobs this week, tho, or you may go right OVER the cushion. lol!
Btw, love the team name. As a dirt track fan and a second generation trombone player, there's nothing like a good "slide" job.

wes - trombone player? i did not know that - that kicks ass dude. i kept wandering what the hell that pic was off..................the suspense has ended. its a magic trombone! that rocks. even if it aint magic - dont say so - it will just ruin it. i would rather think of it like something like jim carrey in the movie 23. we can call you Fingerling - detective fingerling lol. yes!
i'm not makin fun. fingerling was a bad ass! with a hot girlfriend too.

Yeah J.D. ,We're in for a real battle if they all have good nights. I figured Burns is due some luck some time. I could have picked the lady but just can't seem to push those buttons on my comp. Ole peanut did tho. I guess he just had to take the chance.
Fan12, If you wait on cheese it'll rattle his cage. He don't play that. lol

Thanks Cody, I didn't even realize I didn't put the R in front of that and that is one of my pet peeves. You have to be specific...my bad. I overlooked that because hell I knew who I was talking about. Why can't you be a mind reader? LOL. Thanks for fixin that. Didn't get your number til yesterday and left it at work so that's why I didn't call ya. May not be there Friday for our smoke but will definitely see ya next week for ASCS BABY! Thanks again.
Nice post cushion pusher.

dam dude why not in attendance tonight?
you love the modifieds that much? lol.
hey man ya'll gonna pick in the open league - it would kick butt if ya'll do. I keep hoping everyone picks the same week and we may set a new record for teams or somethin. I think 20 is the record right now. of course I should be careful what i wish for - 93 teams pick in it - I'm gonna regret that (not really lol). the more the merrier!

Open league picks will be in as soon as wing nuts makes his selection....moves like a snail sometimes. I have to print the points so he can look at and dwell over for a few hours for his 11th place finish. lol.
