You are both right. And it was unfortunate for a few guys when these new tech procedures come out. I remember a young man who won his first and only Knoxville feature just to have it taken away when they started cracking down harder with the tools. I'm quit sure he thought he was legal. Just wrong place wrong time.

That 76 car looks pretty cool, who is it? The 2z car on the outside looks like it might be cool looking, who is it and does somebody have another pic of it?

The 76 car is Grays Harbor Raceway regular Shawn Rice and I believe the 2z is Todd Zeitler. Here is another pic of the 2z and if you like you can look at all the weekends pics there also.
