#1 It doesn't matter how the track is prepped.
#2 A promoter doesn't give a damn who wins, he just want's (insert any NASCAR driver's name here) to show up and race.

You build the track high banked and narrow, back in the 50's. Then you put a concrete wall around the place. Have Kyle smack the wall like he did last year at Husets and take himself out of the feature.
