He also said he'd make it into one of the world's finest dirt tracks too, so maybe honesty isn't his strong point.

I think it's time for people down in the Sioux Falls area to support other tracks and ignore his antics up to and including him turning it into a wildlife refuge. Nothing will happen until he is willing to accept it as a loss and unload the place at a realistic price for a racing facility. At the numbers he's asking nobody would be able to pay it off and turn a profit.
