The spring nationals race is only a little over a week away. What is the payout this year. I thought I read 5,000 to win somewhere, but dont see it on there website. What kind of car count will be expected this year? I looked through last year's results and they had 40 360's and 12 305's. I see that Brian Brown and Billy Alley have it on their schedules. Anyone know about McCarl, Stewart, Dover, maybe Lasoski? I think Knoxville opens the following night. McCorkell said he was gonna get together a list of expected drivers so we'll just have to see. Hope the weather straightens out!

We definitely need the weather to straighten out! This cold wet weather is getting old for the middle of April!

I'm looking forward to heading down there on April 29, so I sure hope we get a spell of real nice spring weather during that weekend. The field of 360 cars at the Spring Special is always strong.

Well Stan I am betting you won't miss a thing for Friday April 29th at Jackson. Looks like rain & cool temps next week, and am betting Jon and crew hasn't been able to work the track yet.

I hope they can get their show in because it's always a good one but it just won't work for me this year.
