Dillon is staying on board, but tag teaming with Tony. I didn't think Dillon and Vince were that bad, but I guess it was enough for Vince to recognize it wasn't for him, or they needed a change.
Tony will do an excellent job and has for many many years at Knoxville and other tracks. He has an excitiable voice, and we're happy that he is an announcer at Knoxville.
Honestly we're so used to hearing great announcers at the top levels of the sport, that when some is even okay or good, people cry foul.
Good luck to Vince. I thought it was cool he got to announce with his son.
