Chilly, the first 360 heat was good but Garner led from almost the start as he had that monster first lap, the A-Main was good as Clauson is showing everyone just how talented he is but virtually all other 360 stuff featured front row winners.  Heck, even in the 360 main the two fastest cars all night were followed by the front row in 3rd and 4th.  In the A-Main the top 6 finished in the top 6, it is a bit of a head scratcher when Kerry, Sammy and TK do so little but c'est la vie....

I would never, no matter what, say a negative word about the Dunkins, they are simply the best at what they do but I was surprised to see qualifying times off by as much as I have ever seen.  I will watch many more times on PPV this year and I've seen over a hundred shows there in person from the early 90's on and the majority of them have been quite good, just thought this one was a bit disappointing, not a biggy....

I can understand how our perspective can be skewed from watching online however I will still disagree that the opening night was good racing, b/c like I said before, the track slicked off earlier than normal, and some could still run the bottom all except for the end of the 410 feature.

But 2 of the 3 410 heats were great. The race behind the Dude in the A for 2nd to 5th was awesome too. PPV you only see what they show you. A lot different than being there, obviously.

To each his own.  The Cushion does a very good job of showing where the action is, they aren't amateurs.  17 of the top 18 starters in the 3 heats transferred to the A and two of them were won from the front row.  Kerry and Brian B. did make nice charges as per usual.  For most it was the first race of the year and that is always a good memory no matter what happens, I get that.  I've watched a number of races via PPV (this season) and seen better.  Also have watched many, many better at Knoxville that's all I was saying.  Heck, my original comment was a 'black'reference as a pun on a previous poster's comment and it was track related which can't be denied, time to relax everyone....If you asked Danny if it was a good night I'm sure his answer would be different than the one you would get from Sammy, no worries mate.....
