Ok, this is the best I could do with my video editing skills. But here in the first picture is the drunk rowdy guy threatening to kick the dads' ass of the family that got puked on, the vomiter is sitting in the white shirt, girl looking at me is the daughter, and to her right is the mom. Next one is a video frame picture of the dad with his hand on his head, either wiping it off or nervous or disgusted...Either way, they left immediately at the checkers and left their seat cushions. Hope someone can use this to make this situation right. One more note, these guys never left their seats once the cars took the track, I'm sure they were drinking heavily before..What escalated these clowns in was the bottle of Rumpleminz that they brought in and kept passing between them throughout the night.

Anyone ever been to a college football game or any other stadium style event? My wife and I just were talking about it because of this threat. Knoxville security stands up top and harasses people who have been loyal ticket holders, for decades. While other events, such as football games, the security stands below and looks up at the crowd, for the entire event. It's called pro active... Maybe with my education I should contact the racetrack and offer my services, to get some real security and real people who know how to manage a security team. County Officers wouldn't be needed but to be on call encase an arrest is needed.

Looks like all the proof a person needs is right here. Make the sumbitches pay. I would be talking to my lawyer. These guys are total a-holes and it's time they learned a lesson about morals and manners! I wonder if they have children of their own? Real fine representatives for Sweet Springs community.
You can tell an ass... but, you can't tell 'em much

You have their names and address. Why not serve them papers and sue them. I personally would love to see these guys on Judge Judy!

Mark my word, this will become a classic example of a couple bad apples ruining the rest.
I expect there will be action from all involved, but how much?

You would think this would be a wake up call to all race tracks. It is all about fan expectation and tolerence. We quit going to the Nationals because this very type of activity had happened before. The sad thing is it happens to a degree, maybe not this bad at other race tracks. I went to a race not long ago in southern Indiana and had people set next to me and imediately behind me that spit tobacco constantly on the foot boards, that was splashing on me. That was gross, but since there was not assigned seats, we could move. Plus some tracks people smoke like chimneys and pay no attention to laws in place.
I think the tracks have to realize the IQ or education level of some fans don't seem capable of sharing seating with fans who do share personal respect for all fans. If tracks are going to offer events that people want to see and charge prices they charge today, it is going to have to be managed much better.
The thing is some of these activities people find offensive is actually breaking laws that are in place that have been decided to be a nusiance. Some folks attending and race track management at some tracks don't have the common sense or respect to follow them.

Why? They brought this upon themselves. They deserve all this and more. This still would have been an issue that needed attention, but wouldn't have received near the attention if, after the first puking episode, they would have apologized, offered compensation to cover the cost of cleaning or replacing the clothing, and excused themselves from the stands, instead of being a couple total assholes wanting to fight and puking on them again, OR if security or the deputy would have done their jobs. It's totally inexcusable. This was my 44th consecutive Nationals, and I have never seen anyone puked on before. With that being said, I will say that my group hasn't always been angels, but we have never had anyone drunk enough to puke or get belligerent. We are there to watch the races first, party second. We normally save our partying for after the races, but we've had an occasional exception, but nothing to this extreme. I'm also afraid the results would have been different if this would've happened to our group. As I'm now older, I tend to think a little first, and I understand why no one took it a physical extreme. If anyone would have fought with them, they too would've been escorted out and missed the races. As my son pointed out, "That's why you wait til the races are over to beat their asses." Now then, I hope I'm wrong, but as far as posting the contact information for the City of Sweet Springs, newspaper, fire department, and etc., it's probably all a waste of time. You have to take into consideration what you're dealing with. You're talking about a small, redneck central Missouri town. My guess would be 1500 (if that) population at most. Everybody knows everybody, will stick together, and nothing will probably be done. These two are probably town celebrities this week. Hell, they went to the Knoxville Nationals, partied so hard they puked on people, and tried to fight the people around them but no one would fight. Sad, but true. I know, I come from one of these (less than 4000 population) small Missouri towns.

Thats the one thing I like about Skagit speedway they have a section only for Alcohol sales and drinking, but everywhere I go there is always at least one idiot that can't handle is alcohol and causes trouble and who wants there kids around this, I have nothing against drinking and having a good time but it only takes one A-hole to ruin it for everyone

I have been to the Dirt Cup at Skagit several times they have a area called beer garden above turn 4, if you want a drink that is where you go and you have to drink it there, can't leave the area with a drink. I have not been there in a few years so i don't if that policy is still in place..

Yes it is and it should be that way at all the tracks, but alcohol sales comes first over families and others

I hear ya, but the point is how would he have felt if the roles were reversed and he was there with his family and they had been puked on. I guess I hear what happened and think about if it would have been me and my family and it fires me up abit. Everyones entitled to have a good time but when your good time ruins someone elses, the lines been crossed.

I actually feel sorry for Knoxville security. Last year people complained about overzealous policing, now people are complaining about too much leniency.
Damned if they do & damned if they don't, obviously we live in an imperfect world..... hope they can work this out....puke victims definitely have the right to be outraged....ggrrrr

Thanks so much for that but when I was down smoking in the right area DIDN'T do it in the stands right before the A Main talked to s rent a cop kinda guy he pretty much laughed at me so I was thinking ok we will be fine THIS IS BEFORE HE PUKED ON US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had someone vomit in the stands close to us also last time at the Nationals. It was awful to say the least.
You have to give Laney credit bringing this to light and possibly helping all race fans enjoy the races more.
Maybe they should make Laney, .......Racer of the Year.

That is correct, I did alert a sherif and he did come up. Only to leave without providing a solution.
