We have looked at it and have had a couple of tracks reach out to us kicking the idea around.
The short and simple answer is financailly to travel is brutal -- as all your travelling race fans know -- and timing is a challenge with the wide-open schedules we are all running. As of now, we will do "Winged Nation Night" at the Brickhouse here in the Charlotte area on Wednesday night of World Finals Weekend, but that's probably it.
However, individually we have worked hard on getting out to more races.....Kendra was in Ohio a few weeks back, and I've been very busy with races. And, it's getting ready to be very busy in the next month or so and I'd love to catch up with listeners at the following races:
May 25-World of Outlaws at Charlotte
June 8-All Star Sprints at Williams Grove
June 9-All Star Sprints at Lincoln
June 16-(Possible) FAST Series Sprints at Freemont
June 22-IRA Sprints at Oshkosh
July 1-Pennsylvania Speedweeks at Big Diamond
WOW, didn't realize how good my schedule looks going forward. I'm very fortunate that MRN has embrassed "Winged Nation" and that's really a tribute to you listeners and sprint car fans who tune in each week. Thanks!
