And he has the best equipment right now, and he hasn't done a darn thing with it. He couldn't carry Danica's jock, because he could NEVER drive an IndyCar..She may have not won, but I give her credit. She has balls. If I remember correctly, women in general do not do that awful good in the standings. She is no different than any of them, except that she looks good. That may be part of the reason for all the hype, also...... Janet Guthrie??? In a bikini? Nope.......

Its almost to the point where you shouldn't even be your daughter's own role model. It might be better for her to grow up idolizing Danica and not you.

I think Danica was doing a great job until she gets knocked out by an over zealous person at least she did not make a complete damn fool out of herself like "Mikey",the buffoon did, no body was near you Mikey, what is your excuse this time,just typical of everything you were before and since Dale passed to "give" you a winning car,All you did was steer the thing,if you and your big mouth brother didn't lie about your cars so much, people like to take you for what you think you are a driver,but you are not that,and talk about cheaters I remember that little cook out additive you used to embarrass yourself with in your first Daytona runs for Toyota,some people forget but I don't ,you blamed all that on Hyder,he just did what you wanted.If you are going to get out of racing get all the way out and take Jaws with you and don't forget your Sterno.Go Danica.

OK Dr. Phil you nailed it on the head. Errrrr...not. I've been married to my wife for 8 years now and have a 5.5 year old daughter that I love very much. What I DON'T want is her to have Danica be a ROLE MODEL. Sarah Fisher would be a far better one and Simona de Silvestro would be another great one since she can actually DRIVE a race car.

I don't think she is that good and worth all they hype either but I certainly don't want to see her crash and get hurt. If you want to see her crash and get hurt, that doesn't say much about your character!

I would rather see her get a couple top tens in a row than just a couple good laps. Its makes me sick to see this hype over a pole position. What are the odds of her finishing in the top 15 Saturday anyways?

Wow, the OP is bringing the trolling hard to actually make Danica a sympathetic figure on here. It's just funny as hell to see how pissed off people on here get about her. That's the reason she made $12 million last year and was the most searched for athlete of either gender on Google last year.

There is no true race fan that would ever "wish a driver would crash" I would never spend a dime of my money on a Nascar race but to make that statement is as dumb as any thing that has ever been posted.
