Last Saturday, Peter Murphy and the Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino displayed the #21 Tarlton & Son Inc. "Breast Cancer Awareness" Sprint Car at Santa Maria Speedway. The drive to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer research was a success and everyone's support is appreciated very much.

Peter Murphy will drive the pink #21 at Tulare's "Sprinting For The Cure" event on October 2nd.

**On a personal note, I would like to thank Peter Murphy and everyone involved for their fundraising efforts. Peter honored my older sister Denise, who passed away a few years ago from breast cancer, with a ribbon on the hood of the #21 Sprint Car. For that, I cannot thank him enough.

This is awesome, my children and I loved the car and the message. With all the girls/women in our family it is great to see the care and effort. Even though breast cancer has not directly touched my family, other cancers have. Breast cancer has definitely taken its toll on Friends and those we care about, and like all cancer, needs to be eradicated.

The car looked sharp and so did the driver. I hope to make it to Tulare but that hinges on other considerations (kids/school stuff). If we don't make it best wishes go to the Tulare gang and all of the racers who will make this event a great success!
