Those pavement roadsters are so cool looking . Always a fan of the Flyin Shu and even Stoney when he came to PA to race. McSpadden is another favorite from that area I hear he runs sand dragsters now.

OK, somebody help me out here?

Trying to post a photo thats stored on my laptop. I click on the "add photo" thing, a screen comes up, I finally figured

out how to get my photo on that screen.... now what? How do I get it to post on HH?

Now I get a message to "post on file manager"..... can't even find "file manager"!

Every week another batch of ugly vinyl graphic clusterf---s. Swoochs, strips, outlines, bad color combinations. I would be embarresed to roll these things out of the trailor. I think the cars of the 80's looked best. Vavoline, Offixco, Luna, Annett, Dyer, Hamilton, just to name a few.

I agree, I really miss the all white cars with nothing on them but a number on tail tank

To post pics here you need to host them on a site like imgur, then click the image icon here, then paste that URL address (Direct Link on Imgur) into the menu that pops up here.

BTW......

Ctrl C is a copy command

Ctrl V is a paste command

old Unix stuff but it still works in windows

The very best way for a car to be seen . . . . is to park it in victory lane!  Paint it pink with polkadots for all the sponsors care, as long as it's winning races.

I hope someone has a photo of it but I think the most "creative" car I have seen is the one Brad Furr had at The Nationals...01 or 02...can't remember.

Looked like one giant "puter board" but I don't know the exact word for it. Think he won the best appearing car...but...again, can't remember. I even took pics...but...now I can't remember where I put them!!! Wink

Only 6 hours until I can take my meds!!!!!!!!!!!! Smile Wink

I can't get it to post but Google Brad Furr 2001 Sanmina

OK, since I'm posting old shit I'm adding this pic of Kearney Bowl.  I was too young to have seen much there but I got to watch the hardtops race twice when I was about 15....I was hooked for life

I'll respectfully disagree with you guys on the modern cars.   I like the modern graphics myself.   I wish 2/3 of the cars would use a base color other than black, but other than that I like most of them.   I liked Sammy's Channellock car, but didn't like the TMC as much or the red one from the Beadle days.

New cars look like door stops. Some of the vynil looks ok. I'd rather see more appealing cars with some curves or different body lines and less body panels in general to see the driver work his craft. I'm sure you can still fit your fire bottle in them too.
