It is the CROW series. Only you can say if it is worthwhile. Each of us has an opinion and it doesn't matter in this case.

Never heard of the track so I looked it up. It's a 1/4 mile asphalt track. Only speaking for myself, a pavement show better be one hell of a big deal for me to drive 3+ hours to see sprint races on pavement. Copper World in Phoenix was always worth the drive (7 hrs from LA) until it got ran into the ground
I see by the latest results posted they had enough cars for 4 heats and a semi last time out. Not bad. It was a special event, the "Rebel Jackson Memorial" sanctioned by the NSRA. Here is what they have posted on their web site for purse payouts for their 'regular program':
Please note: new 2008 updated payouts
The payouts listed below will be paid out providing there will be a car count of 16 or more cars in the Mini Stocks, Hobby Stocks, Street Stocks and Sprints. Should there be less than 16 cars, payout will revert to 2007 payout

The sprint cars that run at Ephrata are a winged, cast iron head, carburated 360 class. They have about 10 cars that run their regular shows. Usually in May they run what they call the Cast Iron Nationals. They also bring in the ASA/NSRA 360s once or twice a year. These special races usually produce decent fields of cars. This year on August 30th Ephrata has another special event; for the first time they are running what is advertised as a topless night. It will include non winged sprints, WMRA midgets, and the Golden Wheels vintage sprints and midgets. Besides their own sprints they are expecting cars from WESCO, a western Washington organization, and INSCA, a group from Spokane. Hope this helps.

I don't know where you are up that way but have you considered Skagit? I used to drive from Vancouver Wash for the Sat night show back in the eighties. The track looks a lot different these days, they used to run it heavy, but they still have a good show...If you like wings. What can I say, it was the only dirt around except Cottage Grove in Oregon..
