Donnie has won eldora, I don't care how many cars dropped out. He won it. What does the 69k have to prove ? Not a dam thing.

Donnie Kreitz's racing talents may only be surpassed by his business talents. And he's been doing it for 40 years - a very small crowd - especially as owner / operator/ driver for most of them - operator and driver being two very different and challenging things in this case
The 'Road to Eldora' is littered with guys who let the emotions get ahead of the money - guys like me

Geez, it's probably been decades since Lance or the 69k has been to Eldora but now we gotta start a thread asking why they aren't going this year. Does this question need addressed every year? I can't wait to start a new thread about every top local team in the country and why they aren't attending the WG Open or the Tuscarora 50? Nah, why bother? There will be more than enough good teams and drivers for a great show and hey it's their team and their money, so it's their decision when and where they want to race.

Donnie has said when Davey's done, he's done so enjoy it while you can! Go get a 69k t-shirt and be one of the cool kids at the track.

This is an interesting pairing. I believe this will be the first time Macri has raced a 410 for another team other than the family #39. He has run the Chris Dyson #20 in 360 races with success. I am looking forward to see how he does.

Got the 69k off the porch and to Knoxville. Also got them to Mansfield when they tried the 100k races.
But why don't they run at Eldora?
|
They had a chance to run 25 miles from home for $6,000.00 to win on a Sunday night and didn't go. And you question why they aren't going to Eldora?

The 69K team ans friends ahve been trolling on Twitter that they admit to being "cheery pickers" by racing the big shows locally.
Why not, with their history, record, and low budget program.

I'm glad to see that they're cheery about it. No need to be grumpy.
