Here is the link to the story.
Would be fun to see this become reality.

To me that article says you can make money with a race track. They had at least 3 groups propose offers to lease the facility and one who failed is now trying to work with the winning group.
Even though I may not know you, I
care what most of you think!

This was confirmed by Brian Carter on the Winged Nation podcast. If I heard correctly it’s May 31-June 1 and will pay $25k to win.

We raced asphalt modifieds there and the track was quite racy and fun.
I can only imagine how good it will be with dirt on it.

Guess this answers the previous questions about whether WoO was going to schedule a race the same weekend as Mansfield’s $100k to win race. Almost certain I read in another thread that Mansfield announced a 3 day race this same weekend.

I may have missed it, but has anyone said if this will be on the big track, or the inner 1/4 mile?

1/4 mile--LOVE this part of it. Smaller tracks usually put on better races.
