With certain service that went belly up with six to go while I was watching a race at a famous half mile. I'm not sure why my post wouldn't take, filters? Anyways, I invested four hours and something crashed along with Heskin with six to go and it wasn't at the race track.
Poor service. Can't even sign back in. Terrible. I'll never do that again.

Error messages, can't even get back into the website. I'd have watched something on Netflix. At least I'd have seen how it ended.

I posted about it on Facebook and a few people got back toe and they all had the same experience. Its frustrating to spend hours watching time trials and all the classes then having the thing crash at the critical moment. That's why I rented the damn thing to see the 410 A Main. At least it was good to see Garner win. I met him years ago when I was reporting at the now defunct Grove Creek Speedway. Seems like I took a photo of someone in his crew for a magazine as well. It still wasn't the big show that I paid to see.

I must say that they do respond to customer feedback and offer reasonable and fair solutions. I'm feeling like a fizzled out firecracker and kind of frustrated but we'll get over it. They told me in an email that 30% of the feed was affected by an outage. By the way, who ended up winning it?
The guy who lives in our neighborhood was running second to the guy who is sponsored by a trailer service a couple miles down the road. Then the driver that my cousins husband used to crew for flips so I don't know if the neighbor or the Mastell sponsored car won. Really, I'm serious, that's why I was glued to the screen cheering, cussin' and spirtin' all at once.

Stan,
I find it hard to believe that you don’t know who won. With your vast knowledge of the internet I am sure you could have located that information in 10 times less than the amount of time it took to hammer out 3 or 4 posts on Hosehead’s griping about it!! In the meantime, I watched the WoO show from I-55 without a single glitch.

Never mind the fact that I run a home Linux network and tinker with multi track recording and layered graphics among other hobbies. Pay no attention to the man behind that curtain and picture me as a crochrty old man a few months short of 67. Yelling at kids to get off my lawn, tech challenged and fighting for a refund. I knew from one of Amy's posts that Brooke finished the race in second but I hadn't verified who won at that point so it's true I didn't know who won.
I didn't start this fire. Remember the infamous "Heidi game" between the Raiders and Jets in 1968? Well, last night was Sprint Car racings version of the Heidi game. At least my rant might result in a few people learning some sports history.

There are times while I watch the Bears play I wish they would end the broadcast and play "Heidi".
I too watched the WoO race. Well, actually I watched 3 hours of track prep and then an hour of racing. Not gonna judge though as I know we are dealing with early season conditions.

Actually, with 6 to go the big screen in turns 3 & 4 went dark too. Wasn' too long before it came back on. Don' know if that's related.

Austin was in the lead when it went blank and Brooke was in second so I assumed it was one of those two. If I'd have looked and known who won they'd just be all over my ass about something else anyways. This is a tough crowd here but if my post helped anyone to know it was the race feed and not on their end and they got comped for it then I did a good thing.

And after all that, I still can't find where Heidi finished in the A. I always root for the small teams that have Grandpa for a crew chief.
