$1250 bonus money added for MSTS 360 Sprints Saturday in Wagner
With the big show less than a week away, the purse for the MSTS 360 Sprint Car portion of the Wagner Speedway Octoberfest has been increased for positions 2-10. Steve Ballenger and A&B Auto of Harrisburg is putting up $1000 in bonus money to increase the total purse to nearly $13,000. With this added purse from A&B Auto of Harrisburg, this will be $1750 to win, $1500 for 2nd and $1000 for 3rd, with increased prize money through 10th position. To go along with the $1000 from Steve Ballanger and A&B Auto of Harrisburg, Pat Renken of LeMars, IA has added to the mix. Pat been a dirt track racing fan all his life growing up watching his heroes such as Doug Wolfgang, Larry Molzin and Tom Winter and tries to help the sport anyway he can. He will attend approximately 60 sprint car shows around the country and had so much fun at the last MSTS show in Wagner this past July, he can't wait to get back this Saturday.
Renken is personally offering $250 in bonus money to be distributed from positions 11-15. See the UPDATED payout below.
Tracy's Paint and Body, Inc, Underberg Lawn Care and American Truck Stores present the MSTS 360 Sprint Cars, along with Late Models, Pro Stocks/Super Stocks, B-Mods and Hobby Stocks, Saturday, October 7th. Gates open at 2pm, hot laps at 4pm and racing at 5pm. (Please note the early start time.)
