VENTURA RACEWAY OPEN PRACTICE DAYS FEBRUARY 20 AND 27, 2016
The Format for the event will be:
10:00 VRA EMPLOYEE MEETING: All VRA employees need to be there for a meeting to go over 2016 season information. Meet at equipment area. ANYONE WISHING TO JOIN US IN WORKING THIS SEASON MAY ATTEND AS WELL.
12 Noon Pits Open and Tech Sessions Begin: All participants will have their vehicles go through tech prior to going onto the track.
1:30 Short Drivers Meeting: Prior to tune and test session
2:00-8:30 Tune and Test sessions with two similar type cars on track at a time
Order below is tentative and adjustments will be made if necessary based upon car count the day of the event.
ALL CARS MUST GO THROUGH AND PASS TECH PRIOR TO GOING ON THE TRACK IN REGULAR PRACTICE SESSIONS. BE SURE HELMETS AND BELTS MEET 2016 RULES.
PRACTICE ORDER: ORDER REPEATS EACH SESSION UNTIL CONCLUSION. Be sure to be on time for your session or you will have to wait until your session come around again. Listen for your groups call up on the pit mike.

2. HOBBY STOCKS
3. DWARF CARS
4. FOCUS MIDGETS/MIDGETS
5. LIGHTNING SPRINTS
6. SPRINT CARS REGULAR AND SENIOR
7. OTHER
Admission Prices:
Pit Pass: $35.00 Per Person. Pit pass purchasers must meet VRA age requirements for pit entrance.
Grandstand Spectators: Free
