Just found out that Kerry Madsen will miss the Texas World of Outlaws rounds on Feb. 26 and 27 and fly back to Western Australia, where his team owners live. This was on the bottom of his latest release -

Madsen will now head back over to Perth, Australia to take on the World Series Sprint Cars in the series’ season finale on February 26th and 27th at the Perth Motorplex.

Running a true outlaw schedule and picking and choosing. Did sound like he was going to run a lot of the Woo tour.

Sorry but that says nothing new - Madsen regularly runs a few races in Australia during the US off season

The Australian races mentioned in the article are during the WoO season not in the off season and this is why he is not running the full WoO tour.

i think the main reason he isnt running the full WoO tour is sponsorship.
