Been trying for awhile using The Cushions website contact section, but haven't got a reply after some time. Normally the techical guys get right back to you
Does anyone have an email address I can contract them, I got doubled billed for a PPV event last month

I got double billed for turkey night & have emailed them no less than 10 times,tweeted 30times & are very frustrated Bcuz ive still not been contacted & can rest assure i will never buy from them again. Whats bad is it was my first time to ever buy a racing ppv so now it has left a bad taste in my mouth

I don't doubt either story. Emailing for customer service. Talking to automated voice menu options. Everything but actual interaction between the customer and the business. It has gotten bad. Not the new generation either like everyone likes to blame it on. It's our new culture in this country. Think about it-we deal with it everyday. Co-workers not responding to emails. Friends not responding to texts. It's epidemic now for some reason. I know I have dealt with a number of companies in the last 12-24 months on screw-ups on their end. Everything from broken merchandise shipped, incorrect product in the correct box, and purchases just plain not showing up. I have not gotten one issue resolved out of all of these. No return calls. No answers to emails. It is absolutely pathetic. I feel your pain!!!

jdfast: we see your couple emails and we have replied earlier today and have taken care of your requests. Sorry for the delay.
needdirt24/7: not sure which emails are from you, but we don't have 10 emails from any one person, nor 30 tweets... please let us know if your issue has been addressed as we took care of requests and emails over the last 3 days. Sorry to you as well if no one got back to you in a timely manner.

Are you sorry no one got back to them.........or are you sorry it got brought to light on a forum? Would you have answered jdfast's emails if you had not seen on here? Or, would you have ignored them?

Says right in his post they were sorry for the delay. One could always file a credit card or paypal dispute and be refunded if they had to. They been around a while and I have used them and will again. give em a break.
