Larsonfan is a good guy and hes right,  The majority of REGULAR OUTLAWS will not be running.   But Some will Smile
Many of the drivers race for a living.  Some paycheck is better than no paycheck.

No PPV...? I believe that promoters and sanction bodies are missing a hell of an opportunity for additional revenue.

Beings both shows are makeup dates  Expecially USAC only two weeks removed.  Not much time to market it.  Also weather at this time of year is iffy even though we got lucky,

I do know how to spell "know" smartass. Let me know where Schatz, Saldana, & Madsen finish tonight.

I bet he wished he hadn't which is why the regular Outlaw drivers won't risk non-wing.

30 miles from home, I went Friday. Track was crap dry, ruff & dusty early & took rubber in the feature.  1 car out of Fridays race attempted to qualify Saturday. It was hardly an epic event. I didn't bother to go back Saturday.

I've looked at the results several times now. There must be a misprint. I just don't see the names Schatz, Saldana, Pittman,  Sides, etc anywhere. The one I did see flipped in hot laps. My point was it seemed like they were telling people all the touring outlaws were going to take the wing off and run USAC. But I guess I was wrong, right dude?

Coming on here to celebrate Stewart flipping in qualifying isn't going to help you save any face. And they never said all of the Outlaw regulars were gonna stay saturday night. They hinted that you might be suprised who will.

You were wrong. You weren't even right about who would put the wing on friday (Schuerenberg). Just take your lumps and move on.

Your are right - people can dream that the outlaws regulars will "take the wings off" and stay and run the USAC race the following night - NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN. However, I can envision two guys that may run with a wing on Friday, then non-wing Saturday night...Bryan Clauson and Tracey Hines. They are not outlaw regulars though. Thinking that Saldana, Schatz, or any of those other guys will take the wing off for Saturday - isn't going to happen folks. Just the same as Darland, Ballou, Stanbrough, etc. won't be running a wing car on Friday.

"Thinking that Saldana, Schatz, or ANY of those other guys will take the wing off for Saturday - isn't going to happen folks."

I classify Shane Stewart as one of those other guys....  When you state an opinion as strongly as you did (using all caps and speaking in absolutes) you can expect some pushback if you were wrong. Even just a little bit wrong.  I'm not laughing at you saying "Hahahaha!  Gotcha!  You we're wrong!"  I'm simply saying it's okay to admit it and move on.

Where in my post did I "celebrate Stewart flipping"? I'm not trying to save face - I could give a shit what you think about me. Want to know what I think about you and Utah? To come on a message board and give the impression that the Outlaws were going to run wingless was wrong.

Dave Rudisell owner of Lawrenceburg posted on IOW that people will be surprised to the naysayers saying that none of the Outlaw guys are going to run it.

Ol' Dave trying to put a few butts in the stands with a statement he couldn't back up. People were probably more surprised that only one Outlaw ran USAC.

Crowd for Saturday was about equal to midget week when the weathers much warmer.  Lots of people tailgating on the back straight. Pretty good for as cold as it was.  Fri. I have no idea what kinda crowd.

So you weren't there and decide to comment?   Ok, Whatever dude,   I went, spent time with family and friends and watched a darn good night of racing saturday on a track that was pretty awesome.

Sad you were sitting at home worrying about what I had to write, Mr. Fish.   So much so that you follow me to another board.   Find a life dude,  Leave mine alone.

BTW Mr. Fish.  It was the announcer that said that all they did was change the shocks on the car and that it was the same car they ran friday.   So Yeah,, Im guilty of passing on speculated information who told everyone the same thing.

Wish I got a Govt Check there buddy,   Who's spreading missinformation now?  What, because I told you I might lose a leg,  YOU ASS/U/ME something?   Say it isn't so?   About the same as a announcer and a couple people that came from the pits telling me he's got his wing setup on it and me posting that..   Sounds like IM quaified to be Editor of some prominent Indiana Newspaper Smile

I for one was glad Casey came on and gave facts.  I was far from the only one speculating on that thread.
and once again, You play keyboard bully on not one, But two different sites this time.

BTW, I've said nothing wrong here,  SprintcarFanatic said the crowd was light friday.  I said it was decent for saturday,
