Whilst Kerry will be hard to beat over Xmas and the New Year, he most certainly will be tested by those to arrive in Sydney as we lead into Xmas.
Dec 26th (Boxing Day) sees Steve Kinser and Joey Saldana join the 60 or so local cars at Parramatta for the Valvoline Grand Prix, with possibly Donny Schatz for that night too. Skip Jackson returns home as well.
Dec 30th and Jan 1st see Kasey Kahne joining the line up for a swift visit before he shoots back home on the 2nd. As with the others, Kasey has shipped his own equipment over to Australia.
January 5th & 6th sees the $50,000 to win extravaganza with Jason Meyers, Tommy Tarlton and Chad Hillier joining the fray.
Wed Jan 10th and Sat Jan 13th see them all go round again in two more big dollars shows before the rest of the cast fly in for the three nights of Outlaws Downunder on the 18th, 19th, 20th January.
Those who will also be racing are Sammy Swindell, Danny Lasoski, Jason Sides, Paul Sides, Jason Solwold, Jonathon Allard, Natalie Sather, Becca Anderson, Tim Kaeding and Travis Rilat.
Also in the country but racing elsewhere in the lead up to Outlaws Downunder are Brent Kaeding, Jonathon Allard, Shain Matthews and Bud Kaeding, all resident in Brisbane.
Plus Jason Johnson, Brooke Tatnell, Dean Jacobs, Daryn Pittman and Paul McMahan who will have completed their commitments with the travelling World Series troupe.
One could assume that some of these guys might also turn up for Outlaws Downunder.
Add into that mix, Garry Brazier, Trevor Green, Troy Little, Max Dumesny, Robbie Farr, Todd Wanless and not to forget Kerry's younger brother Ian Madsen who really does have to be the most improved driver I have seen for a long time.
Yep, I guess you just have to be here for the Xmas / New Year season ….
