Tried 3 times to go through their website's "Contact" section, and no luck so far. I bought a 1 month membership, yet they keep renewing it without my ok or permission. Anyone got an email or phone # to contact "The Cushion"

From The Cusion site FAQ
10. How do I cancel my account?
We hate to see any of our members leave, but we understand there are times when a membership has to be cancelled.
- If NOT logged in. Log into your account. Once you log in you will be taken to a Thank You / Welcome Members page. On this page there is an option to Cancel your account.
- If Logged in. In the upper right side of every page you will see your Username along with links to 'Profile' and to 'Logout'. Click on the Profile link and on your profile page there is a link towards the bottom to Cancel your account.

I feel lucky to have spotted that when I signed up to watch a race or I'd probably be in the same situation. Sneaky, sneaky.

Why cancel? Just curious since thecushion.com is the absolute best value available. Virtually every WoO race, All Stars, King of the West series etc all on demand and in good reliable quality. Plus as a monthly member you get the discounted rate for pay per view purchasing. I love that website.
Cheers!

same business model as everything else (OnStar, Sirium XM, Apple Music, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Etc., Etc., Etc.). They automatically renew your membership unless you cancel.
Always read the fine print.

So if you join the website you can watch all of the videos on demand for free?

I don't want to cancel my membership, as I like to purchase live races and it makes sense to buy a monthy memvership for just that.
But I just want to cancel the monthly membership fee because I do not have the time to watch all the great action they provide. Why pay for something I won't use. And I don't care if other companies do it, it's not ethical, and fortunately Amex will likely take care of this.
