I have a question about the heat race starts last night. I wasn't there or watching on PPV, but was following on the WoO live tracking and scoring. It seemed to me that the 8th starting car was up to 3rd or 4th in most of the heat races by the time they reached the flag stand. Were cars, jumping the start, top groove faster than the bottom groove, slower cars overall on the inside line? Clarification from someone there or watching on PPV please. Also, a clarification on where the starting zone is. Thanks for the info.

The Dude jump every start he was in except the last restart and then they told him to quit jumping and TMac got by him. Why couldn't they start on the front strech? We had a pace car driver he had an old station wagon and stay in front of the cars till the front straight way.

Heat 3 and 5 were probably the ones you were looking at.  The outside rows moved up when cars scratched in front of them.

Add a scoring loop at each end of the start box area to end the human error Involved in the penalty / lack of enforcement discussion and let the scoring software sort it out.
