The Huset's Speedway Hall of Fame Committee is pleased to announce The Class of 2015 Inductees and the Induction Ceremonies this Sunday, July 19th.

This year's class includes Kenny Hansen, Matt Richard, Roger Mulder, Larry Molzen and Millard "Shorty" Richmond.

Hansen, whose career spanned over 30 years, won numerous feature events across the upper Midwest and won the Huset's Speedway 410 Sprint Car championship in 1992.

Richard, in his short 7 year career, dominated the 360 Sprint Car class in winning championships in 1993, 1994 and 1996, making him one of only two drivers to win 3 or more championships in that class.

Mulder, who was a pioneer in sprint car racing, helped pave the way from the super-modified era into the sprint car era. Prior to that, he won 16 feature events and the 1971 and 1972 late model stock car division.

Molzen, who won the 1974 championship in the 6 cylinder class, followed that up with the 1976 championship in the super-modified division, Huset's top division.

Richmond enters the Hall as one of the top engine builders of the era. He used his tremendous talents to build power plants for Harold Petree, allowing the Purple People Eaters #39 team to the 1963 and 1965 track championships. Not only did Richmond have the skills of engine building, he was also a mentor to many top teams in the pit area on a weekly basis.

Hall of Fame day will start on Sunday with a social for the inductees and 20 of their guests from 3-5pm at the 212 Bar and Grill in Brandon, which is sponsored once again this year, by Jim and Theresa LeTendre and PowerBrokers, Inc.

Following the social, the inductees and their families will head to Huset's for a meet and greet at the track beginning at 5:30pm, then the induction ceremony during intermission of the Huset's Speedway Sunday night show.
