Ticket Information

We expect to have plenty of seats to accommodate anyone who plans to attend this event.  But if you are traveling a distance or expect to arrive late and want to be guaranteed a grandstand ticket, here are your options:

  1. Purchase a ticket online at www.ciltrak.com.  Adult tickets are $30. Ages 11-16 $15.  10 and under $5.  We will email you a confirmation you can present along with your driver’s license at our Will Call.  You don’t have to arrive early.  We will hold your ticket till you get here.

  2. Email or text your phone number to Ken at [email protected]  or 217-371-3653.  We will call you back to arrange payment by credit card within a few hours and you can pick your ticket up at will call.  We will hold your ticket until you get here.

  3. On race day we will begin selling tickets at 4:00.  We expect to have enough seats for anyone who wishes to attend, but if/when they are all sold you will have to buy a pit pass and watch from the pits.  We will not oversell the grandstand.  We are allowing 2ft per person in our bleachers, which was plenty of room to sit comfortably last year for World of Outlaws.

Again, we think we will have plenty of room, but if you think you can’t make it until closer to race time, you might want to purchase a ticket in advance just in case.  But worst case scenario you will have to pay $5 more to watch from the pits if we sell out before you get here.  A pit pass will not get you access to the grandstand without a grandstand ticket in the event the grandstand sells out.  We will need those seats for the people who paid for them.

Prior Reserved Seat Ticket Holders

If you already purchased a ticket to this event, your seat will be reserved.   Reserved seats are marked with your name on them.  If you have a question where your seat is, we will have people with a seating chart to show you.  If time permits we will email each of you a map of where your seats are later this week.

VIP Tickets

The VIP Pre Party starts at 4:00 just to the North of the Grandstands.  Your seats will have been marked.  There is no need to enter the grandstands early.  A Driver meet and greet will be from roughly 5:00-5:45 at which time drivers will need to leave to attend a driver’s meeting.  Complimentary food and beverage lasts until hot laps.  You will be given a pit pass at check-in and are free to be in the pit area at any time - although you will also have a reserved seat in the grandstand.

VIP tickets are still available for $50 and we will reserve your seat if they are purchased prior to 5:00pm Thursday the 14th.  VIP tickets can also be purchased the day of the event for $50, although we will not be able to reserve seats for walk-ups.

Questions?

Email preferred to [email protected].   Otherwise call Ken at 217-371-3653 -but try an email first, please.

After pretty much completing our advance ticket sales, getting those people's seats reserved, remembering an entire section above our entrance walkway we forgot to count in getting to our number of available seats, moving those with handicapped requests to the handicapped section, ... we are confident that we will have plenty of grandstand seating for anyone coming Friday.

We mainly targeted our regular weekly fans for reserved seats/advance tickets so they wouldn't have to fight for the seats they sit in every week.  With that behind us and actually doing the math on what's left, we are in good shape.

Hope to see you Friday for what promises to be a great show with an very large and talented field of cars.  20 or more drivers have a legitimate shot at winning this race.  Your guess is as good as ours on who it's going to be.
