That would be correct. Im guessing its gonna be in Rickys car. Although it does not mean that Haud will race it at the Key. Seems like a lot of owners are putting ringers in the cars just to get in the show.

update.... The National at Williams Grove is the night of the Key, so Im gonna go out on a limb and say Haud will only be qualifying the car, not participating in the Key.

Sounds about right Stu. Although since Rick is the dollar man for the series he retains a right for a provisinal that he could use for Ricky or he could possibly put Bud in a car if BK does not.. Who knows what BK will do maybe he will sell the ride in the 68 LOL or put TK in it.. Rick may also give up his provisional and let John name both provisionals which he could use for drivers that supported the series all season and did not qualify or maybe give to a driver whom he thinks may draw fans.. I was thinking that maybe the reason for letting drivers qualify two cars was to guarantee a full field for the Key if need be since they roughly draw around 20 or less cars per race.. Anyway it will eventually all work out and it will be a good race.. There is also a good chance more cars may show this week since they need at least one race to even have a chance at getting into the Key on the day of the race..

I hope they change the format a little next year...Should be the driver that locks in...not the car..
You have 2 cars already in that will have differnt drivers and now possible a 3rd with Haud driving the
35 car..Just not right..

rick had planned to put haud in a car for this race long before the rules changed to cars qualifying for key race. jr. will be in his own car. heard hannagan will be running a car.

boy, by the way you guys are talking we should just give haud the transfer spot and then he can just sit in the trailer and watch. or maybe he could watch from the grandstands as with haud you never know, he may end up there anyway. lol.

you know , rick wright has an extra car sitting here and there will be a few outlaw drivers in the area. with ricks provisional he could put 3 cars in the key.

I hope everyone is thankful for what Rick Wright has done this year (and folks at Ocean speedway). The Ocean 360 sprint class is alive and well and now they have the Wild Child for a weekly show on Friday night. The top it off, they have a WOO date in 2008. It's owners like this that keep sprint car racing alive and well in NorCal.

If Hannagan qualifies, but he's in Pa for the National, will Terry drive? LOL!
Thought about this, he could put Brett Miller in the car since Miller drives a copy cat 1x!
