Another bounty has been met and Hunter Schuerenberg will be a teammate to Nic Faas in the Josh Ford Motorsports #73's. Three other entries beside Schuerenberg also came in today. Guy Woodward, Cody Majors and Jeff Sibley.
Reminder to teams. The early entry deadline to get a free pit pass and free USAC entry is Friday, May 1st.

Wow. 43 cars, though entry lists usually exceed the # that actually show by a few cars. In whatever event, the 101 is gonna be a busy place that Saturday afternoon. Let's hope there's no banda concert that night so we don't wind up having to park in the beach lots again.

Just a few reminders for racers at the Ventura USAC/CRA race:
Per USAC/CRA rules, all fuel-injected 410 and 360 powered sprint cars must run the Hoosier 105/16 Medium Right Rear Tire and all four corners must be Hoosier. Cars must pass a tech inspection and one-way radios are mandatory for drivers. USAC/CRA charges a $25 entry fee to all competitors and the series rule book can be found online at www.usacracing.com.
Ventura Raceway has a strict 95db at 100 feet state mandated sound rule and track legal mufflers are Extreme Mufflers (Part #6014-3535 180 Degree, Part #3615-3535), Coast Fabrication (350x625x17-2sVRA), Spintech (180 Degree, 1545P Super Stock Series), B&B Performance (FRAC-0375-S, 180 Degree, with side outlet), Flowmaster (Hushpower, Suitcase- Part 53545-USAC.) The Flowmaster “Suitcase” is also the legal muffler for Petaluma Speedway, and Chico’s Silver Dollar Speedway.

Teams that haul over from Arizona get $500.00 (if more than one team comes over in one hauler, the $500 goes to the team who oens the hauler).
