IMO Tim is better suited for roles like this where all he has to do is try and get the win. He has always been a risk taker and that's why sometimes he gets the W and sometimes he lands on his lid! He's not thinking about the points and whether or not he should stick his nose in there. He just goes for it. The Roth's pay him to win races and he does a pretty good job for them.

If the WoO only raced in CA and on bullrings I would agree with you.
But wow, 7 WoO races and 3 wins by drivers entered to run NSL AND Knoxville points. Can't wait to see those two points battles. My pick is still Brown to sweep both but should be awesome.
Obviously Saldana, Sweet, and Schatz all being taken out helps, but we'll take it.

I respect your opinion but no chance in hell TK can hang with Schatz night in and night out.

In 2013, running part time,TK won 9 WoO races to points champion Pittman's 8. (Schatz won 23, but not championship. TK was 2nd in wins) I'm not saying he would beat Schatz, but could give him a healthy challenge

I dont believe TK can be as consistant as Schatz and Pittman. The wins dont matter as much as the bad finishes.

True dat. Schatz getting zero DNFs last years was amazing. Did he get knocked out at Tulare last nite? I wonder how long his streak of finishes was?

Schatz finished 8 after getting his car junked. Those kinda nights are what wins championships.
