UPDATE #1 - STRONG RUMOR - (1-16-15 @ 7:25 am CST) - I received word that the sale of the All-Stars has been finalized. My source didn't know who the new owner(s) are but this will be announced shortly.
STRONG RUMOR - (12-31-14 @ 8:40 am CST) - In light of the remarks made by current All-Star Circuit of Champions owner, Guy Webb, I'm hearing that there is a serious offer on the table to buy the series.

Swamp said on his Pit Gate forum that "sources close to the organization" (Swamp is probably not too distant) have reported that the paper work is being done and negotiations are being finalized but when this will happen is uncertain. He states that he has no idea who the buyer is.
