I was in minot on Tuesday. Im from Canada, but even I wouldn't have thought of driving the extra 20 hours or so to get to edmonton. Curious how long the drive was (time wise) and where they crossed over. Guess they went through Montana then up?

Johnny Gibson just said it was 10 hours from the us canada border. WOW! He also said there were some interesting stories. Wonder what they were. I'd be interested to hear them. Always wondered what they would be if the Woo were to come to canada.

I know that a trip to Winnipeg would be alot shorter for these guys. Congrats to Edmonton on landing the Outlaws, but I feel a trip to Winnipeg again would be a huge success. These guys are racing all over North Dakota, and we're only a couple hours away, so why not get a date for my home track in their schedule. I've talked to our track promoters/management and they don't seem to want to go for something like an Outlaw event. Go figure!!! We get about 5000 fans for a NOSA race every July, which is basically 16-18 cars, with more then half the field running a 360. Someone please contact SLS Promotions. There's a great deal of $$ to be made if the WoO were to race up here. The WoO races held in Canada have been successful because alot of our fans up here never get down South to watch these guys race. I think Winnipeg would be as successful as Ohsweken and Edmonton.

From Knoxville to Minot would have been around 870 miles after they raced on Saturday to get there on Tuesday. From Minot to Edmonton it was 730 (Map Quest) for 3 days also. Now they go to Skagit, check map quest.

Heard they had to cross at Alberta due to (Sask.) laws. That added a few hundred miles to the trip. They also can't go by way of BC to get to Washington, so that will add a lot of miles coming down too. Laws must be a lot more strict up in those provinces!
