In just four more weeks the best 360 Sprint Car drivers in the country will descend on I-80 Speedway for the Casey's General Stores Midwest Fall Brawl III and a chance to win well over $60,000. The Friday, September 19 ASCS National Series feature pays $3,000 to win and the following night's feature pays $5,000 to win. But that's just the beginning, win both and you collect the $50,000 Durst Motorsports/Hot Rod Paintless Dent Repair Double Down Back-2-Back Challenge Money.

Can it be done? Well Springfield, Nebraska's Jack Dover collected a $20,000 bonus last year for sweeping both nights in ASCS Midwest action during the Home Pride Midwest Fall Brawl II.

Now throw in $5,500 in lap money put up by hardcore Sprint Car fans, a $1,000 a night Hard Charger Award courtesy of Don Long and Searsboro Telphone Company and a $300 per night Podium Draw sponsored by Electricial Systems, Inc., and the dollars start to add up.

Currently Sunset Hills, Missouri's Brad Loyet is looking to unseat the "Ragin' Cajun" Jason Johnson of Eunice, Louisiana as the ASCS National Champion. Loyet leads Johnson by nearly 100 points. Following Loyet and Johnson in the ASCS National points race are Jeff Swindell, Johnny Herrera and Sam Hafertepe, Jr.

A huge field of 360 Sprint Cars is expected to be on hand for the event and it's not out of the question that we may see a few surprise entries for this one with the stakes being as high as they are.

Action kicks off on Thursday, September 18 with an open practice for the 360 Sprints along with a complete program of racing for 305 Sprints, A Mods and B Mods. Then on Friday, September 19, the 360 Sprints will have a complete program with A Mods, Grand Nationals and the Midwest Classic Stock Cars. On Saturday, the 360 Sprints will be back in action along with the SLMR Series and the Good Ole' Time Racing Association (GOTRA).

I-80 Speedway is located one block north of Interstate 80 Exit #420, halfway between Omaha and Lincoln. The Physical address is 13909 - 238th Street, Greenwood, NE.
