Yes, if you have the right side wing panel, containment seat, hans device, helmet with visor down a dirt track at night seeing out of right side of car would be hard. I think the tragic lesson is that you stay in your car till safety workers come and do not run out on track for any reason. From what I have seen on news I do not think Tony is at fault.

Visibilty is an excellent point in this Jeremy and something that many aren't taking into consideration, Many in the main stream look at this like he had the same visibity as if you were driving a pickup in mid day on the interstate. Along with poor visibility there were at least 3 other distracting items going on in front of Tony. Following another car, Wards car stopped at the top of the track and a rescue vehicle that was likely right at the bottom of the track waiting for Tony and the other car to pass to get up to the stopped car. Tony could have easily been paying more attention to 1 or all of those 3 things and not even known he was coming up on Ward who was in the middle of the track.
