I know a lot of the national media doesn't know and has a hard time describing what happend.
Brian Williams is a true race car fan though, more pavement than dirt, but a true race car fan.
I've met and worked with people in the news business that have worked with Brian and they all say he's a really good guy and genuine.
Hopefully over time things will get better but obviously they will never be the same.
All we can do is keep Tony and the Kevin Ward family in our thoughts and prayers because obviously nobody hurts more than they do.

Wow! This is really refreshing to hear after listening to all the BS from the national media. Brian Williams is a big time national news coorespondent and really validates local racing and shows his great respect & passion for racing (not just Nascar). I thought Dan Patrick was great too after not being such a fan prior to this.

I listend to Dan Patrick whenever I can, he is a very level headed sports commentator.
