i remember 2 or 3 years ago Al Cristoffer declaring that having Wayne Johnson running with the IRA was like having the Nascar Cup guys running with the Busch guys. although true, i think it was pretty low class for a car owner to come out and say such a thing.
nothing against Wayne Johnson, he seems like a really decent guy. i'm glad that he's running at Antigo on Saturday. just hope someone can run with him.

Where did he "declare" this? And why wait 2 or 3 years to bring it up?

give me a break - why would we be talking about this from 2 or 3 years ago. Al is a great owner who loves racing and loves stirring things up even more. If he did say it I would think he was just trying to stir things up.

i think Scott Young, Whitney, and Reinke will have a little surprise for him this weekend though.

If it is such a "low class" thing to do, why bring it up again on a public forum and admit that you agree with what he said? Then you turn right around and say that you think that three IRA regulars will have a surprise for him this weekend? If that's your idea of supporting the IRA guys, we'll pass, thanks.

just trying to use it as a motivational tool. was just trying to pump a few of the guys up that might have a chance. sorry you're so offended. i guess by reading a couple of you're articles on the IRA Website, i probably should have known you wouldn't get it.
